How do you calculate repair estimates? expand_more
Our labor is charged at a fixed hourly rate of £75 + VAT. We use industry-standard 'Autodata' labor times to ensure you are only charged for the time a specific job should technically take, regardless of how long our mechanics spend on it. Parts are priced based on manufacturer Recommended Retail Prices (RRP).
What warranty do you offer on parts and labor? expand_more
All work carried out by Altec Motors comes with a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on both labor and parts. We only use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or matching quality aftermarket parts to ensure your vehicle's manufacturer warranty remains intact.
Do you provide courtesy cars? expand_more
Yes, we have a fleet of late-model courtesy cars available for full service and major repair bookings. These are provided free of charge, subject to availability and a small insurance waiver fee of £10 per day. Advance booking is highly recommended.
